Why

Why aren't we responsible for the things we do or say?
It doesn't matter who gets hurt as long as we get to play.

Do what you want but don't get caught and if you do, deny.
Never admit that you were wrong, just tell another lie.

Babies thrown in garbage cans because we have "The Choice".
Children by the millions who will never have a voice.

(Baby Samuel reaching for Life from his mother's womb)

Who knows how many Einsteins or Mozarts we have killed.
How many more will have to die? How much more blood be spilled?

Children are taking guns to school. Should we be surprised?
They see us killing babies. Does it matter then Who dies?

It breaks my heart to think of the millions of lives that were never given a chance. My prayer is that anyone who has had an abortion will come to the Lord and realize that God will forgive them so they can forgive themselves.

In August of 1999, freelance photographer Michael Clancy captured a remarkable image: The hand of a 21 week-old prenatal baby holding a surgeon's finger. Clancy thought the photo might win a Pulitzer Prize. Instead, the picture has generated a lot more controversy than awards.

Unbelievably powerful! Can we find a way to send it to every politician, every judge, every abortion clinic, every school throughout the world?

They'd probably just toss it in the garbage. After all if they can justify throwing babies away, what would a few words and a picture on a piece of paper mean to them. It would be interesting though but I wouldn't know where to start. Thanks for the comments.

Powerful post! Edith told me I had to see it and she was right. I ran across these statistics the other day and they are overwhelming.

Since 1973 approximately 48,000,000 abortions have been performed in America. Statistically and percentage wise, this is what we have lost. 2 US Presidents; 7 Supreme Court Justices; 102 Senators & 589 Congressman; 8,123 Federal, District & Local Court Judges; 31 Nobel Prize Laureates; 328 Olympic medalists; including 123 gold medalists; 6,092 professional athletes; 134,841 physicians and surgeons; 392,500 registered nurses; 1,102,443 teachers (K-12); 553,821 truck drivers; 224,518 maids and housekeepers; 336,939 janitors; 134,028 farmers and ranchers; 109,984 police officers and sheriff’s deputies; 39,477 firefighters; 17,221 barbers; 24,000,000 women (the gender of half of all aborted children).

God have Mercy on us.

May God have mercy, indeed. As a "Christian nation" we have become oblivious to the magnitude of this horrific crime against the innocent. How much longer will God continue to bless this Country?
